Our warehouse employees will pack every item to our exacting specifications. Your goods will undergo an extensive inspection and be safely packaged prior to being shipped. Note: Orders that include more than one item will be assigned a processing date according to the item.

Prior to shipment, all purchased items will be thoroughly inspected. Most orders are delivered within 48 hours. The delivery time is estimated to be between 3 and 7 days.

Returns

The stock is constantly changing. It's not entirely managed by us, since we're involved with several entities, including the factory and our storage. Stocks are subject to change at any moment. It is possible that stock may run out after your order has been processed.

Our policy is valid for 30 days. We cannot exchange or refund your order when it's been 30 days since you purchased it.

For your item to be eligible for return it must be in its original packaging, unopened and in the same condition as when you received it in. The item must be in the original packaging.
